Our programming for this winter 2026

The Montreal Women's Centre is pleased to present its programming for winter 2026. As with every season, a variety of free activities are offered to support women in their personal, linguistic, community, and professional journeys, in a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment.

General Programming

Throughout the winter, participants will be able to take part in French language courses, French and English conversation workshops, themed coffee meetups, yoga sessions, support groups, and art therapy activities. An online self-care space will also be offered, including guided meditations and alternating themed workshops. These activities, offered online or in-person as applicable, aim to break isolation, promote well-being, and create meaningful connections.

Employment Support Service Programming

The Centre also continues its commitment to employability through bilingual individual support and specialized programs such as Reorientation for Women 50 and Over, Action-Reaction, and Virage. These programs allow participants to explore new professional avenues, clarify their goals, and develop concrete tools to enter or re-enter the job market.
