On Saturday, June 15th, under the beautiful summer sun, the mentoring program committee of the Montreal Women's Center, "Pass It On," organized an extraordinary event: a networking picnic!

In the heart of Laurier Park, participants and advisors of the program gathered around a shared meal, each contributing to the feast. Between bites, they exchanged stories, experiences, and valuable advice, all set to lively music.

This friendly moment was a perfect opportunity for participants and their families to break isolation, meet new people, and enjoy a pleasant time in a relaxed atmosphere. The highlight of the day was a team-building activity, allowing participants to forge bonds and explore the beautiful Laurier Park with joy and good humor.

The meeting concluded with a series of photos, capturing the smiles and camaraderie of this wonderful day.

The mentoring program "Pass It On" is an act of solidarity by former participants of the Employment Assistance Service of the Center. They share their learnings and professional experiences through a mentoring relationship with other women currently associated with the Montreal Women's Center in their job search.
